KEIHIN Jet Throttle Valve - Idle Speed Regulator

How to install the idle speed adjuster:
1. Remove the original ISC idle speed motor (located on the side of the throttle valve).
2. (Only applicable to the sixth-generation Zhan and K-Lin adjusters) Put the small spring attached to the Xinya manual idle speed adjuster into the mounting hole in the throttle valve.
3. Then screw in the manual idle speed adjuster, press lightly to align and lock it, and ensure that it is firmly fixed and not loose.

The manual idle speed adjuster needs to be manually refueled and heated when the car is cold. After the engine is warmed up, it can be manually adjusted to the appropriate speed to ensure that the engine is stable and does not stall.

This product is a manual adjustment tool and cannot replace the function of the faulty automatic idle speed motor (ISC). It is recommended that you replace the new original idle speed motor first to ensure that the system can operate normally.
